Create original educational material (book, CD, Manual), assembled by students and teachers in 10 schools and configuration proposal of use, so as to reduce bullying systematically

Description of the target group
students of high school and their teachers
Staff (selection, evaluation, training, promotion)
Two coordinators (the creators of European cooperation network) and 14 members of the pedagogical team of the EMB. The program contains 7 workshops with 4 representatives from each country (2 students-two teachers).
Methodological approach, activities implemented
It was applied the group cooperation methodology and principles of mediation. The activities cover a wide range of school life with emphasis on creative talents of students and communication. For example: creating logos and choice by vote, posters and slogans, writing scripts, poems, comics, questionnaire wording, song composition, creating short films, watching movies and organizing educational materials, create a list of reference films and books, the collection of good practices from 10 countries, informations' exchange regarding the legal point of bullying theme, workshops, role playing, lectures addressed to adult members of the school community, festivals, creating a small electronic dictionary in 11 languages (English 11th joint) and word games, book production based on common ideas of European teenagers
Results and impact - data of program internal/ external evaluation, beneficiary satisfaction, the impact of the didactical practices at individual and institutional level
The purpose of the program is the presentation of a structured pedagogical proposal which contain instructions in the collected material, which will be posted in an open European electronic platform for use by all interested parties. Simultaneously, the partner schools will suggest the use of the material in their school community as a measure of prevention of school bullying and school dropout when resulting from this. In high school Thrakomakedonon is evident satisfaction of beneficiaries through external observation. The atmosphere at the school is improved, students communicate about the problems longer than the period before the program started last year (sch.et.2014-2015) and the relevant questionnaires reflected a high level of confidence in the school by parents and students.
Conclusions, lessons learned
The EMB program, ERASMUS MINUS BULLYING, PRACTICES IN PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION IN 10 EUROPEAN SCHOOLS approved because according to the reply description adoption has incorporated the objectives of preventing the very early school leakage to the method of improving the performance of pupils in a friendly, creative environment.
Directions of further development/ Transferability, replicability
We will recommend the implementation of the proposed method in an open European level. Moreover, the dissemination of the program through the press, conferences, blogs, and educational platforms (Twinspace, Wikispaces) is the way to exchange ideas
